Trainee Doctors
GP Registrars are experienced qualified Doctors. They have several years of postgraduate hospital experience and are in their last stage of training as a GP. They are attached to The Practice for a year, adopting their considerable skills, after which they are qualified to operate fully independently as a GP.

Reception
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. Our receptionist are: Carole, Kimberley, Salina, Sonia, Sheila, Sally, Madeeha, Janelle, Jasna, Habsa, Henna, Nina and Mahbubur.

Social prescribing connects people to activities, groups, and services in their community to meet the practical, social and emotional needs that affect their health and wellbeing.
Health & wellbeing coach
Health and wellbeing coaches support people to increase their ability to self-manage, motivation levels and commitment to change their lifestyle.
Pharmacists
Administration
Our Assistant Practice Managers, Stacey & Dominque, are available to assist with any queries. They undertake the daily running of the reception, IT, and General administration department and aid the practice manager. They are the first point of contact should a patient wishes to speak to a member of the management team. Portia is our HR manager.
Secretaries
Lesley & Kim offer secretarial support to the doctors and management team.
Community Midwives
Community midwives work with the doctors to help provide care for mothers before, during and after delivery, and care for the baby for the first fortnight of life.
Community Nurses
A team of District Nurses are attached to the surgery. They provide nursing treatment and advice to the housebound. They also provide treatment that is necessary on a daily basis, at weekends and bank holidays.
Health Visitors
Health Visitors see all families with children under the age of 5 years. They provide information advice and support, particularly at time of physical and emotional stress. They can meet clients within their own homes, in the child health clinic. or in specially arranged groups.
